Shipping Policy
Delivery Coverage: We deliver orders throughout India, excluding remote areas or towns not covered by regular courier services. Our trusted courier partner are is Blue Dart and DTDC. Shipping Charges: Orders above Rs. 599 are shipped free of charge. For detailed shipping charges, ,you can call our customer support 9999893699. For COD orders you may incur extra cost.
Order Confirmation: Upon placing your order, you will immediately receive an order confirmation email at the provided email ID. Once your payment is received in our account, our Customer Representative will call the mobile number provided in your order to confirm the order and address details. We place a confirmation call for each order before processing it to ensure accurate shipping information. Please ensure your latest contact number is entered in the order form to facilitate communication.
Shipping Timeline: Once the order and shipping details are confirmed telephonically, we will ship the order within 24 hours for all orders placed before 4 pm on a working day, and within 48 hours for all orders placed after 4 pm, Sundays, and Public Holidays. You will receive an email notification once the order is shipped.
Delivery Timeframe: All orders are delivered to the customer within 3-7 working days from the date of shipping.
Order Tracking: Once the order is shipped, we will send you the airway Bill Number/Shipping number for tracking purposes.

Delays Due to Forced Measures: We are not responsible for inadvertent delays in delivery due to forced measures such as political disturbances, fog, storms, strikes, flight delays, fire, riots, natural calamities, network changes, paperwork discrepancies, octroi, sales tax-related issues, etc. However, our Customer Service team will ensure you are kept updated in case of any such unforeseen circumstances.
